PRE-ORDERS
THERE IS A £5 OR £10 DEPOSIT ON ALL PRE-OREDRS WHICH IS NONE REFUNDABLE . .
WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS ITEM ARRIVES INSTOCK WITH DETAILS ON HOW TO COMPLETE ORDER.
SHIPPING WILL BE DONE AT COST.
PRIVACY POLICY-
S & S TOYS fully respect the privacy of its customers and does not pass on any personal details to third parties .We do retain details for our own internal use but only with customers permission .Any concerns regarding this subject should be notified to our customer services department .
Delivery
All uk deliveries will be sent Royal Mail standard mail and recorded delivery. Bigger items are sent by Royal Mail's Parcel Force DHL. Some items may require customers signature. Please note we will only ship to the cardholders address
Oversea's Buyers
Items under £30.00 are sent by Royal Air Mail's Standard service anybody who would like to upgrade to international signed for may do so for an addtional £3.50
All items over £30.00 will be sent Royal Mail international signed for and will have tracking information. Please note we will not ship items to other countries only to the cardholders address and a contact telephone number must be provided with your order

UK- all customers will receive goods by Royal Mail or Parcel force.
INTERNATIONAL- all items sent by airmail and is insured.
RETURNS-
IF GOODS ARE FAULTY OR BROKEN WHEN RECEIVED PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HRS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS,WE WILL ADVISE IN HOW TO RETURN GOODS.WE WILL REFUND RETURN POSTAGE.
GOODS RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS I.E. DISLIKED OR WRONG ITEMS PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS .*ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE.
RETURN POSTAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THIS CASE.
All UK customers will receive their parcels via Royal Mail or DHL/UPS depending on the weight and size
We usually dispatch you order usually within 24 hour Saturday of cleared payment, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not included.
An alternative delivery address may be used. E.g. Works address
What happens if I miss the delivery
The courier should leave a card to say they have attempted delivery. This card should include contact information for the local depot and the consignment number. They will only make one attempt to deliver. You may ring the depot to arrange a collection
If you wish to have the parcel diverted to another address or to have the parcel sent out for delivery for a 2nd time, there may be an additional charge.
Failure to sign for the parcel or collect the parcel, it will be returned to S&S TOYS. If this happens you will have to pay the shipping charge again to have the parcel re-delivered and will be charged a return Surcharge.
International Shipping
All international customers will have their models sent via Airmail.
Returns Policy
In the event that faulty or broken goods are received, S&S TOYS should be notified via telephone or email within 48hrs of receipt of the goods.
Please state the faulty. S&S TOYS will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods.
A replacement will be sent on receipt of the returned model, if no replacement available a refund will be given.
Goods returned for the following reasons -not liked or wrong item, must be received by S&S TOYS in new unused condition and with no damages.
In order to return goods you must phone or email S&S TOYS within 14 working days from the receipt.
The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason.
A full refund for item amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.
SHIPPING COST IS BASED ON WEIGHT. PLEASE ADD ITEM TO SHOPPING CART FOR SHIPPING.PRICE
